My stay at Four Points By Sheraton Phoenix South Mountain had its ups and downs. The location was great, right off I-10, making it easy to access local attractions. However, I felt the hotel was in need of renovations and some areas, like the carpets, were definitely showing their age. While I appreciated the friendly staff and cleanliness of my room, I did experience some communication hiccups at check-in that left me feeling a bit frustrated.
